實驗一、
增加抗氧化力,降低氧化壓力給高脂飲食小鼠餵食菠菜粉末,持續6周,與安慰劑組相比,小鼠的總膽固醇及三酸甘油脂數值有顯著下降,且因高脂飲食造成的氧化傷害程度也與正常飲食的小鼠無明顯差異。 -
實驗二、
提升肌肉量,支持健康老化受試者每日食用2g的菠菜萃取物,連續12周,並搭配阻力訓練,與安慰劑相比,受試者的脂肪含量下降,而肌肉量增加,並且手部握力也有提升。 -
實驗三、
改善小鼠的骨關節炎程度給誘發骨關節炎的小鼠餵食菠菜萃取物,持續28天,與安慰劑相比,可以增生小鼠的膝關節軟骨,抑制骨關節炎誘導的促發炎基因表現。
